APOPTOSIS ARRAY

Apoptosis is a programmed cell death process included a series of biochemical events. Apoptosis is mediated by various range of intracellular and extracellular signals. After TNF and Fas activation, Bcl-2 family proapoptotic proteins(BAX, ID, BAK or BAD) and anti-apoptotic proteins are balanced.

Relative level of 43 type apoptotic mediated proteins can be detected through antibiotic array kit in one experiment.
