TH1 / TH2 / TH17

Th17 cells are a unique set of T helper cells characterized by the production of
IL-17 (also known as IL-17A), IL-17F, and several other inflammatory cytokines.
Th17 cells are pro-inflammatory and are associated with inflammation and
airway hyperresponsiveness in autoimmune diseases such as asthma and
inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and
asthma, as well as against fungal and certain bacterial infections. It is
considered to be involved in the immune response.

HUMAN TH1/TH2/TH17 ARRAY G1 (AAH-TH17-G1)

G-series is semi-quantitative and it measures relative protein expression
levels. The G-series has a fluorescence signal detection function. Antibodies
stain glass slide solid supports and require a laser scanner for data collection.
All G-series arrays operate on the sandwich ELISA principle using matched
pairs of immobilized capture antibodies and corresponding biotinylated
detection antibodies.
