작동원리


– Antibody array는 Sandwich -ELISA 원리를 사용합니다.
– 칩 표면에 심겨진 Capture antibody를 이용하여 샘플 속 단백질을 잡아내고, 이를 형광 레이저스캐너로 확인합니다.
